How do I come off the keto diet?

So I've been doing the diet for only two weeks but I've obviously been eating foods with high fat. Is it safe me for me to go back to eating normal foods straight away. Like don't hate, but can I eat chocolate cake tomorrow without it being bad for my health? Also in the last few days of the diet, I put on most of the weight I originally lost...so shame right. Anyway thanks

    You've only been on it 2 wks, so there should be no problem with you returning to your former eating habits. That chocolate cake will be no more or less healthy than it was before you tried the keto diet.
