I feel terrible, but I don't have a fever.?
All day I have taken medication, they all work. Now I don't have a fever, but the problem is, my stomach, throat, and head hurt. I can't stop coughing violently, and I have a really runny nose and can't stop sneezing. Is there any explanation. Is it the medications kicking in, and as soon as they stop working my fever will be back, or is it something else. Any explanation will help. Thank you.

I suppose you are taking medications that relieve your symptoms., including fever.
But you still have the infection. In this case, the symptoms will probably come back if you stop taking them.
You will get well in the natural way whether or not you relieve your symptoms.
