What to do about high levels of stress in College?
Stress is killing me... I am have to study a lot and when I even try to study for an hour in School, I start having a meltdown. Like, I want to scream as loud as I can. I start getting this pain on random parts of my body. I sometimes feel like saying **** it, and dropping out and getting some crappy job and try to profess. My major isnt impossible for me to learn but the stress kills me. I am Keto, which means I eat almost no Carbs, maybe it's my diet? I don't know. Anything help is appreciated

Go to the Student Health Center and ask to speak with a counselor and explain your thoughts and feelings to them.

Just the simple fact that you need to study should not cause stress. Studying a subject you are interested in or even passionate about should be fun. Sure it can be stressful short before exam times, but not all the time.
I don't think it is healthy to eat only protein and fat, that can be bad for kidneys leading to kidney stones.
Not sure whether it is a mental or physical health problem, but it is something to look into.
If you do feel overwhelmed by the amount you need to study, taking less credits next semester or even withdrawing for a class (if possible without penalty) might be the smart thing to do.
Are you getting exercise? Not moving enough can make anyone antsy.
