What's your best potato salad recipe?

    peeled diced boiled potatoes, 10 pound bag

    chopped dill pickles, 1 quart

    minced onion, 6 large

    thinly sliced celery, 2 double packages

    a blend of 1 cup mayo, 1 cup mustard, a bottle of celery salt, poured over the veggies and gently tossed to coat all veggies

    Baby potatoes in garlic and butter with cos lettuce, cherry tomatoes, spring onions and beetroot with cold chicken and a variety of dips.

    In all seriousness though..... German style w/ bacon and a sweet vinegar dressing...

    steam or boil small new potatoes and cut in chunks when cool. grate raw carrot and beetroot. finely slice red onion or spring onions including the green. mix into real mayonnaise with fresh cilantro and serve at least one hour later when flavours have melded together.

    Cook waxy new potatoes, and slice and dress them while still warm. I mix good bought mayonnaise with some yogurt to lighten the flavour a bit, plus a little vinegar to thin it, and add a good shake of black pepper and some salt. Chop finely a handful of mint leaves. Layer potatoes, mayo mix and mint in a bowl, decorate with a few little mint sprigs.

    peel your white, new potato's , and slice thin about 1/4 inch thick . place in pot of boiling water about 5 minutes , you want them still firm. drain water , and refrigerate 1 hour , pound of potatoes , 2 tablespoons of sour cream 1 tablespoon of mayo, 1/4 teaspoon celery seed and black pepper... mix and refrigerate. when serving, shaved carrots and chives minutely shaved mixed in.
