Is there a way to erase an iPhone that has iCloud turned in without entering the iCloud password?
I bought an iPhone 5c off eBay that has an iCloud account signed into it. I messaged the seller about it and they said they would try to remove their iCloud account off of it from the iCloud website. I have not heard back in a few days despite multiple reminders I sent to the seller. So is there a way to erase the phone without the iCloud password? It s an iPhone 5c running iOS 9.3.2 if this helps. Also the phone is set up and has data on it so I can do it from the phone if needed. Thanks for any help.

likely was scammed......... despite in this case, reaching the seller & them "promising" to remove the icloud account, which for the life of me cannot happen that way......... you'd have to sign in to remove the account properly.........
you should work on getting a refund.........

no there's not......... it is the iphone's security measure and for the life of me cannot be bypassed - if it could be, the person who sold it would have done that already.........
don't let them waste any more time, file for a refund.........

No there isn't
If it was possible then a thief could erase everything from the device and sell it on. What you see is an anti-theft feature. It is designed to not let you do that
