Is this diet healthy?
I started doing this diet about 2 weeks ago. I believe tomorrow is when it will be 3 weeks. So far i have lost 7 pounds. I went from 209 before my diet to 202. I even feel thinner. Im 16 and 5'11 in height. During the week, i eat only one meal at around 11:30 and i exercise after. I do that fron Monday through Friday. I avoid junk food and soda. I drink about 4-5 water bottles each day. I havent eaten fast food in over a month. I eat the meal they give in school. I usually exercise twice a day since i have gym class in school and we exercise. After school i do my own exercise which includes strength and cardio exercises. I do this from Monday through Friday. On the weekends though, i eat more than i do during the week. I eat breakfast, lunch, and some snacks in between and after lunch. I always make sure i dont eat too late. I prefer eating before 6. But yes i eat more during the weekend but not a lot. Is this a healthy diet? Will i lose more weight? Btw no ive never felt dizzy or dehydrated.
