Workout routines for both gym and at home (detailed youtube videos)?

I am really serious about trying to get into shape. I am 5'10 and was at 270 pounds at the highest. I am now currently at 220 but want to be at 180. I am severely weak and get burnt out fast. I have tried several personal trainers at the same Gym that I've been going to the past several years. And as I told them, my biggest problem with working out is that I don't know what I am doing. I hired them to give me detailed day to day workout plans because I seriously lack knowlegde in this area, meaning I don't even know the common senses when it comes to working out. They never did anything about it and they switched trainers on me 4 times in a 6 month contract (I'm not the one who requested change, the first guy quit, the second guy dropped most his clients and the 3rd guy also quit and the 4th just stopped contacting me). I am also very self conscious when working out but mostly because I have no clue what I am doing and my personal trainers literally laughed at me because of this. I am fat, I didn't workout before so of course I don't know what I am doing.

Sorry for the long explanation but I am adamant that I want a change in lifestyle and the only reason I lost 50 pounds is because I changed how I ate; watched my carbs, stopped overeating and drink only water. I want to lose 40 pounds of fat, gain muscle and most importantly work on endurance, I can barely lift and I get winded so fast.

So can anyone give me either super detailed workout routines for both at home workouts.

    TRY BLOGILATIES on youtube. keep a healthy diet also. Go on hikes and walks, dont run if you get burnt out. Drink water often so you keep hydrated.
