Bok Choy or Napa Cabbage don't much flavor so they should easily be hidden by the other ingredients in the smoothie.
Even things like kale or other dark green, leafy vegetables should be easily hidden among the yogurt and fruit you find in most smoothie recipes.
The only vegetable I've found hard to mask is beets. No matter what, they taste like dirt, and whatever you add them to then tastes like dirt as well.

spinach cannot be tasted in a fruit smothie, i also use frozen kale- i just toss frozen leaves right in the blender, i never taste it
