I'm confuse Muslims help me out?

Which verse are you talking about ? Surah Al-Anaam 34 ? Did you read the verse before that, they called the Prophet "untruthful" which is something you can see happening today as well..

Allah said to not be saddened by what they call you because Allah promise will come true, that victory will be with you as He gave victory to the previous Prophets.. No one can change His word.. If He says "such & such will happen" then no doubt it will happen, even though you take a liquid & erase His words from the book..

The original of Torah and Gospel are not changed till nowadays. The problem is where are they now?

What verse are you talking about? Post the Islamic scholarly interpretation which you can find reading a Tafsir, perhaps that will fix your confusion so you don't make any individual interpretations.

Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

These four books that they call the Gospel, or call each of them a Gospel, were written by them after the Messiah was taken up into heaven, but they do not say in them that they are the word of God, or that the Messiah conveyed them from God. Rather they transmitted in them some of the words of the Messiah, and some of his actions and miracles. They said that they did not narrate from him everything that they heard and saw from him. So they are more akin to what was narrated by the scholars of hadeeth (prophetic narrations), biography and maghaazi (battle) reports from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) of his words and deeds that are not Quran. So the Gospels that they have in their hands are more like the books of seerah (biographies) and hadeeth (prophetic narrations), or like these books, even if most of them are true. Al-Jawab al-Saheeh.

Salam.Do not be confused.Allah tested the honesty of followers of Judaism and Christians after prophet Moses/Musa(given original Torah)and prophet Jesus /Isa Al Masih (given original Bible) passed away so after Allah knew that they did some changes, Allah needed for updating and readdressing to the right path, Allahgave the new life guide inthe form of Al Quran which its originality is guarded by Allah swt.Allah and prophet Muhammad pbuh did not lie
