I haven't been able to find an upgrade per say. She's still single since we brokeup too.

Recently we've started talking, laughing and texting alot. Things are going well. We've forgotten about the past.

If you have to ask then you already know the answer, as in, no. If you were convinced 100% the reason for the breakup was resolved, then any misunderstandings and insecurities would not come back around, there would be no doubt in your mind the time was right. However, more likely is the fact that you don't want to be alone on Val day, so getting back together seems like a good idea in your mind. . Also since you said you have not found an 'upgrade' and she's still single, sounds like a selfish motive. If you do get back together, will you still see her as somehow lacking? If she was right for you, you would have stopped searching for someone better.
