What fabric leotard will hide my stomach?
So I dance and I'm really self concious about my stomach area so I was wondering if there's a specific leotard fabric that would make my stomach less noticeable

Nope. The purpose of the leotard is, like Zhops said, to provide movement ease and for your teacher to see your body to make corrections. However, as leotards are tight they will also kind of 'force your body in' (from my own experience and sorry I can't make it seem clear). Anyway, as part of the posture in ballet, you are supposed to 'suck in' your stomach, which might help ease the problem a bit. Anyway, nobody cares about your stomach. Nobody would comment on it.

No leotard, regardless of fabric will hide your stomach. The purpose of the leotard is to provide ease of movement to you and the ability of your teacher to see your body and make corrections. If you are sensitive about your stomach it will help to strengthen your core. This is essential for ballet, and allows you to hold your muscles in such a way that minimizes your stomach. Pilates floor exercises will help enormously.
