    The Cycling section is for questions about bicycles. You relied on YA to place the question for you instead of doing it yourself. Use the Edit icon to move your question to the Environment>>Conservation section.

    Boy, did you ever get the wrong category. Recycling plants have nothing to do with cycling, bicycles. Try relocating your question somewhere under Business & Finance. /dir/index?sid=396545013

    I would imagine some do & some don't.
