Why and how is Trump so orange?

Update:

Its very distracting, I cant remember any of his policies, all I can think is oranges arent that ******* orange. Is that why he does it?

@Justin Thyme But his collar and cuffs dont match...his eyelids and around his eyes arent orange. They are a startling shade of white. So its not your TV.
