Why has Trump not been charged ?

Everyday across the land people are being charged with contempt of court for abasing,vilifying , impugning and undermining our legal system and the integrity of Judges as Trump has done.

    Because he hasn't broken any law. The President and everyone else is free to voice their opinion of the courts and judges.
