and yes i know that there cheap GPU's i just want to know if they can work together, and if not then which one is better

No.
To use SLI or Crossfire, you must have a motherboard that supports it, AND the cards must be identical.
Yours are not, so no, they won't work together.

I answered this the last time you posted the same question
specifically the " You cannot get them to work in tandem (SLI/Crossfire) though." part.
