Is this fair?

My sister keeps getting us all late to school and other events.because she spends so much time locked in the bathroom brushing her hair and doing nothing basically. She spends a whole hour in there and she lets nobody in for that hour. Because of that we cant leave earlier without her or my parents punish us..so my parents keep waking me up at 5 am to get ready because apparently im the "issue" worst of all they purposely wake me up at 5 am everytime someones inside the bathroom. I already have insomnia and the little time i can allow my body to rest they take it away from me..my sister still gets us late no matter what time we are awaken..but theyre still blamming me saying "i tske to much time to drice them to school, when in reality its my sister whos the issue..before she was born we didnt have this issue at all

dont sound fair to me either, tell your mom you need your sleep, and if your sister isnt ready when shes supposed to be just leave her at home and let her walk to school, she will get the message after a while

sounds as though your home needs an additional bathroom. offer to help build one.

You have to prove to your parents you aren't the cause. That means getting ready for school and waiting to leave somewhere where your parents can see you waiting (like in the car, or by the door), and if they don't look, say something to make them notice you. When they see that you are ready to go well before its necessary to leave, they can't pin the blame on you anymore.

It's life in your home. All you have to do is deal with it, issue by issue.

For isomnia, stay way from device screens after the sun goes down.

For adequate sleep time by 5AM, go to bed earier with your properly prepared brain. Use earplugs if noise is an issue.

For your sister's bathroom-hogging, keep a record of the times & dates she's in there.

Evidence is your best defense with your parents. Collect it. That's fair.

You all need to sit down, in front of a counselor (during PTA). All of you need some scolding, or disciplining!

My advice: talk to your school counselor today, and listen what she has to say! She's there not just to guide you in classes, but what's bothering you @ home.

Go to bed earlier, do all you can do the night before, do the rest at the school before class. Brush you teeth in the kitchen. Stop fighting and think how you can use alternate ways around the roadblocks. You might ask the question why brushing hair requires a bathroom. If you are waiting an hour on your sister, take a nap.
