Are there any pc online yugioh games?

Yu-Gi-Oh! Dueling Nexus. While it does follow the ban list, you don't have to collect cards. You can just make your own deck. No friends? Strangers too hard? Try out the basic bot. More updates are soon to come.

I don't know if it's still up, but there's a Yu-Gi-Oh mmo, Yu-Gi-Oh Online. There's also YGOPro, but you need discord to download the installer. Then Dueling Network, browser based Yu-Gi-Oh sim, but you have to do every ruling yourself
