what can I do with beef tenderloin?
I have some frozen portions of cooked beef tenderloin. Maybe about 10 oz total. I'm looking for a low carb recipe. What can I make with these already cooked and seasoned beef cuts?

It is best grilled ... often wrapped with bacon around it, since the tenderloin has little fat in it and it is the fat that adds flavor.
Tenderloin is marvellously tender ..but often lacks flavor. Sometimes I will just marinate in in Italian salad dressing and then grill it.

Defrost it, then re-heat it gently in a good onion soup, this should keep it tender & moist, have it with a chopped salad with a light dressing or you could have it on top of a large baked/roasted mushroom.

chop it up into cubes and put it in a pan with diced potatoes and onions.
there should be about twice as much potatoes as meat.
add enough water to cover everything.
add a little flour (just enough to make a light gravy) and salt and pepper.
simmer until the potatoes are soft enough to be easily smashed with a fork.
during cooking:
stir frequently to prevent sticking.
add small amounts of water as needed to maintain desired consistency.
