is there anyway I can delete questions that I see over and over?

You cant Delete anyones Questions Unfortunately Sorry you just have to skip through them

You can't delete other people's questions but you can report them if they are against the terms of service.

those questions are Violations of Community Guidelines :

spamming.

some level 7 users move them to ya categories that get few visitors.

malicious moving of q's is also a violation.

L 7 users see an Edit box w/ the question, if they click it, they can see all the categories and can move that question to any one.

You can only delete them if they have received no answers. Click on 'Edit', and then delete the question.
