If Obama ordered wiretaps on Trump and his aides, should this be considered a crime or merely politics?

That depends on whether they were ordered by a court under the Patriot Act. If they were, there is no crime. And I don't see how he could order the FBI to do that if it was done illegally. There is no way he could compel them to do the wiretaps without a court order.

Sorry to debunk another one of your myths of "Obama is dangerous!"

Knowing Obama's deep love for America. and Americans ( I'm being sarcastic, here ) this should be considered a cri.....never mind.

  • Leaking the wire taps is a federal crime. Of course, Obama had no part in that . No no no: Neither Obama nor Hillary would ever do that. They would never pave the way for the leaks by accusing Trump of being friends with the Russians 2 months before the illegal leak. They would never add distance between the accusations and the leak to make it harder to find the criminal. No no no: never.

It would be a crime, but Obama didn't order wiretaps on Trump. We regularly wiretap suspected foreign spies and foreign ambassadors/officials. It isn't Obama's fault Trump's team talked to Russians that were being listened to. The same way that Hillary's e-mail server wasn't Trump's fault.

We intercept communications with Russian agents all of the time. So do other nations. Consider it "national security".
