Where do I fill out application to be president and do you need a high-school diploma?

I want to be president and I want to set the price of everything to just $1 so that even homeless people can afford mansions and then I want to make minimum wage $100,000 an hour and then with all our extra moneys we can solve world hunger.

    You do not need a high school diploma. Abraham Lincoln didn't have one.

    Doesn't work that way. I assume you are very young to be so naive. You must be 35 years old to run for president. It is not an 'application procedure' per se. And while you might not technically need a high school diploma, it is best you have a college education, preferably in law and or government. You can't set the price at everything to $1 and then have a huge minimum wage as all of your companies would go out of business extremely quickly as no profits would be made.
