You have a valid point which I really appreciate.

They have a strong feeling that you are an expert and just trying to see depth of people here in Yahoo.

Such people may not know anger is equal to danger and it is highly risky to explode. In such situations, the body may be torn to several pieces.

I tend to do that sometimes. There are times when I exhibit passive-agressive behavior. When you feel like that it's often because you are frustrated you try to be calm but circumstaces fail you and all the feelings you've bottled up inside end up exploding. But I have to admit it feels pretty good afterwards. Lol. On a more serious note though it makes people uncomfortable because it is unexpected and we are restricted by social norms that don't allow us to express our real feelings. I think keeping a journal and jotting down how you feel really helps chanelling the anger.

Well, I think it's something that they're conditioned to do and maybe some people fear anger and loss of control.

Because its not easy for them to express their feelings. Many times out of shame. Maybe the way they grew up they were told it's not OK.. for some people very very hard to do.. they don't mean to make others u confortable. They just don't know how to express it in a healthy way. That is why they will need anger management

because we don't know how else to control it. I bottle up my anger to the point that I go off like a 100 megaton thermonuclear bomb; I can develop homicidal urges. Talking it out doesn't work for me. Confrontation also put me at a risk for becoming violent due to talking to whoever is the reason behind my anger. Do you really think a stress ball helps? All I can do is bottle it up inside until I either explode inside my head or actually unleash my anger in real life. This is why I took up boxing though. Since I can't just go and snap someone's neck, I might as well unleash my anger onto someone in a legal way by boxing them

They do this because they are the best kind of people. But when they keep it in, the one person that fudges them off will get everything thrown at them in that anger. Ive done that many times before. But i can deal with my anger to a point. People just should be nice to each other end of
