You're getting better. Personally, I wouldn't pay for this, but if you finish up the colouring and shading, and add some background, then I believe these kind of images usually go for $10-$20?
I can see you're using a reference from a game or something, and that you've made some changes. Still, remember to make absolutely sure that you don't run into any copyright issues.
