Storage on my phone is full, I've just put a 32GB SD card in my Samsung A5 2016, I don't get this mount stuff and also I want to download games or onto my card like how the hell do I do it it won't let me play Hearthstone without it popping up with a error saying I need 1.4GB when the sd card is in my phone

You need to move current apps, picture, music from your phone to the SD card. This will allow your phone some space to download more apps. You should then be able to move the new apps to your phone.
It all depends on your phone on how your phone will store apps.
