Had a dream, is this interpretation accurate?
Okay, so, last night, I had a dream that me and my girlfriend were in this water bubble thing and the water was to our chins, but we were still breathing and talking. Then, the water filled the entire bubble and we couldn't breathe. We stayed there for.... what I remember, 7 hours. Nobody saved us, and I don't think we even tried to be saved. Once we got out, everybody felt bad for us.
Me and my girlfriend hardly have any contact with each other right now because she moved and we're in different grades at school, even if we go to the same school. I don't get to talk to her a lot anymore. I thought that the water-to-the-chin means that we almost are out of communication, but eventually, I'm afraid we're not going to have any communication at all.
I'm a girl too, if it matters.

I've learned the best person to interpret a dream is the one who has the dream. You got the interpretation exactly right. Your relationship with her is 'in a bubble' which could easily burst and end.
