How much will i lose if i continue this all the way to May/June?
So i started a diet about a month and a half ago in the beginning of January. I weighed 209 before my diet and now after a month and a half, im at 199. I havent been under 200 in about 2 years. Im 16 and 5'11 in height. I exercise and eat healthy during the week, and on the weekend i eat normally. I eat once a day from Monday through Friday. I stopped drinking soda; i only drink water or milk now. If i continue this process all the way to May, how much will i weigh? I have a little body fat like a stomach and love handles but they arent as big as before. I noticed that my clothes also fit a little bigger now. So yea. Thanks in advance!
