doctors say I have IBS but Im not so sure I have constant stomach craps , flare ups of diarreah?

, I had a clonoscopy a couple of years ago which supposedly confirmed the IBS. I have no energy and struggle at work, does it sound like IBS to you? this has gone on for 20 years or so gradually getting worse.
