why do people pick some one who can not see very well I can see good and no one will chose me to do anything with them?

Carrots are good for helping to see things good.

Perhaps for that particular activity, there are other things more important. Maybe common sense, perhaps.

And for someone that can see well, obviously you can't see that no one reading this question would have any idea what you are talking about.
