Well I thought it looked a bit overly informal but as everyone points out, Obama always put his shoes on the desk. So I don't know. I was raised not to put shoes on the sofa or furnishings like that so for me, it's not so much that she was sitting down with her knees apart looking so casual whilst they were all standing up, suited and booted, it's more the shoes on the sofa problem.
Having said that, I do have an issue with people putting shoes anywhere other than the floor. If anyone puts a pair of shoes on a food surface for instance, that basically freaks me out . if I ruled the world, shoes would only live on the floor. Not sofas, not kitchen surfaces, just the floor. Standards!
Adds- ok, the other problem is the way that they're all stood up and she has chosen to sit down- ( in a pretty slobby way) - whilst gawking at her phone. So yes, all in all, it does look quite disrespectful.
