It's normally possibel to do this from an independant insurance broker. They would probably want to inspect the device first, and would give you a personalized quote. To cover their costs though, this is going to be high, and if there is any suspicion that you later made a fraudulent claim they would almost certainly not pay out and may even persue you for fraud!

You would only be able to get warranty if the seller offers warranty.
