Files corrupted in Movie Maker? PLEASE HELP!?

I spent hours making a video in Windows Movie Maker using videos I downloaded from my iCloud onto my computer, and everything was fine until it suddenly stopped working today...little yellow icons pop over them and it's saying the files may be corrupted and need to be fixed or removed. The files will play in movie maker, but not in the movie I made. (They're .MOV files, so they should be supported). I'm not sure what's wrong because I haven't changed anything with the files, and it worked perfectly the other day. How can I fix this without having to completely remake the video?

Could be that you didn't export the project as a video file at all, but instead as a project file, and the project is looking for files that have been moved from their prior locations so it can't find them

Did you delete the video files off your computer, if so, put them back where they were.
