My boyfriend got REALLY UGLY after a car accident. Should I break up with him?

So on Friday,he got on a car accident.Soon after that,like 3 hours later,I get a call from the hospital and as soon as they told me what happened,I rush to the hospital as fast as I can.When I got there,I went to his room and as soon as I saw him,his face looked really ugly and looked like a Zombie with a messed up face.So right now I feel like I should break up with him cause I'm really pretty and feel like I still have a long life ahead while when he is ugly.Before the accident,he looked cute,but now he looks ugly.So should I break up with him and go on and find myself a cute boyfriend?
