    you don't just have a dilation...but rather two translations and a dilation..

    the center point ( - 3 , - 3.5) ---> ( 1 , - 0.5 )...did some more reading and see that now dilations can be negative.....a negative r implies a rotation of π { 180° } and magnification of | r | , the scale factor...the current center is at ( - 3 , - 3.5) ====> new center would be ( 3.5 , 3 )...and AC & A"C" are parallel
