Unable to sign into Yahoo account?

This is not my account as I am unable to sign into my account I contacted Yahoo two weeks ago and am still unable to sign in, problem is as follows............I put in my address, prompts me to enter password then I click enter, takes me to the page that asks if I would like to update security, I do not so I type an address in the search bar and it signs me out.

I have used help signing in (using security questions)

I have cleared history and cache

I have tried contacting Yahoo again and when I click submit I get "OOPS" so apparently my message is not going through.

I have tried on three different browsers, chrome, firefox, edge will not let me on any of them.
