Grow up and stop being a half witted kid.
For starters the old ancient habit of saying bless you when some body sneezed was the believe the devil would enter the person who sneezed body.
So you chance of commanding any thing is ZERO.

No, you're wrong. Years ago people died of the common cold. So that's how "bless you" came into play.
