    salmon sushi, rainbow rolls with salmon and smelt roe are the best.

    Swordfish or shark, grilled hot and quick, slightly underdone or just seared.

    Redfish, Largemouth bass, crappie, garfish... I like em all bruh. Except for the oily species like mullet. I like grilling and baking them.
