Do you control ALL aspects of a lucid dream?
Assuming you're having one, that is.

No, that's not how they work. First of all, most lucid dreamers must settle for just having self-awareness during a dream. Very few LD-ers can alter the dream scenario itself. When we can make changes, it's usually only small things... like switching daytime to night or putting more trees in a landscape. Adding specific people to a dream is almost impossible. And even if you do manage it, they won't act as you wish or expect. In short, all those stories about wild, fantastical, lucid dreams are mostly myth and the reality is far less appealing.

Psi medium is right, I have lucid dreamt for nearly 20 years and I don't like it much. I can make additions to mt dreams but my conscious and subconscious seldom agree what should occur. It is always more powerful than my conscious self. Frankly it isn't a good idea to pursue lucid dreaming as it can lead to sleep paralysis and trust me you don't want that.
