How to stop vandalism in my small town?

I live in a really nice town but people have trashed the park and frequently break benches and get glass all over the sidewalks. Is there anything I could do to stop this? It makes me mad to see my town in ruins..

    Speak to your town officials about better lighting and more frequent police patrols.

    go out with a baseball bat and break one of there legs to set a message, also urinate on them.
