Yes, the tendency alone is not sinful. However, that person must remain chaste if unmarrried, and if married it would have to be to the opposite sex in a monogamous marriage.

Why not?

Yes. Bisexuality is an orientation, in other words the person feels sexual desire towards members of both sexes. But one doesn't have to act on one's desire. Moral virtue exists when someone overcomes temptation.
The gay lobby conflates orientation with action. They cannot conceive of someone desiring sex and not acting on their desires. "I can't help whom I'm attracted to" they say, and this may be true. But this doesn't mean that they can't help themselves when choosing to actually have sex. Having sex is a conscious deliberate action.
Bisexuality doesn't mean non-monogamy. If a bisexual person is in a monogamous relationship (whether with one of the same sex or one of the opposite sex) then they will be choosing to date / marry only one gender, even though they are attracted to both. Most bisexuals chose the opposite gender historically because homosexual acts were frowned upon, but these days bisexuals are choosing same-sex relationships.
It really isn't any different to a straight man who likes both blondes and brunettes. If he marries a blonde woman he will see many attractive brunette women in his day-to-day life, but it doesn't mean he will necessarily have an affair with a brunette.
So Roman Catholicism presents a choice of heterosexual marriage or celibacy. They have a huge number of (mostly) celibate priests, monks and nuns; most of these are NOT asexual, they just choose not to have sex. (Maronite priests, who are a branch of Roman Catholicism, ARE allowed to marry). A bisexual Roman Catholic can choose monogamous marriage or celibacy.
If gay guys don't agree with this, just think: if you had a bisexual boyfriend, would you let him have sex with women once in a while? Or would you expect him to be faithful?

Definitely. One can easily be LGBT+ and catholic, it has nothing to do with religion. If someones bi, it isnt a choice, they're born that way, so they can be whatever religion they want to be.

Yes. A Catholic can have any sexuality just as any other Christian can. Religions frown on sexual activity between unmarried people but sexuality has nothing to do with sexual activity.
