It's not a rumor. Yes, some people in the world (both women and men) enjoy having sex with their dog. Sometimes it's because the person has the sexual orientation of zoophile/zoosexual and is fully attracted to their dog both emotionally/romantically and physically/sexually as a mate they're in love with, and who they share lovemaking with. Sometimes they don't really have that sexual orientation but it's more of a friends-with-benefits kind of thing they share because they're such close friends.

No, it is not possible for a human to get pregnant from a dog, or for a dog to get pregnant from a human. That's certainly not for lack of trying, but because of the genetic differences that prevent reproduction between distantly related species.
