One word answers?
Anybody that has a boyfriend or girlfriend can you tell me on how you solve this. So basically for example if she makes a conversation like tells me about her day or if she had a good day I'll reply back with quite a long sentence but if I explain about my day she just puts cool or nice one. So what I'm saying is if she makes conversation then I reply and take an interest but if I make conversation it's like she doesn't care. Does anybody else have this and also how do you talk to your loved one?

Maybe that's not her favorite conversation topic. Talk to her about something else like movies or her family or work and see if she's more engaged in the conversation.

Why are you communicating via "sentences"?
Texting is merely for quick responses and a quick exchange of information. If it's a conversation you're after, pick up the phone and, you know, actually speak to her?
