    No, because we stop letting new customers in 15 minutes before we close.

    yes. if were open were open. sadly this is often the case at night when i used to work at night. were closed and then someone comes in the kitchen and ask if we can make a few more dishes. as long as we didn't clean up we can make it and will but sometimes they are so late that we end up cleaning up. once i clean up you can't cook it takes a while to clean thats why and the chemicals are dangerous.

    actually it depends on the type of business,

    if it a store and he needs something, sure, but if it is a diner and he wants diner, then probably no.

    If I owned the store or was friendly with the owner or didn't really need the job to survive then no, otherwise yes.
