So is it considered cheating if a trans man wins first place in a women's only sport event?

A Trans man who is labeled as female won against other women is this fair?

    Of course it isn't fair, but it's hardly the fault of the trans man. Transphobes forced him to compete as a woman.

    if this is talking about the case I think it is, he should have been competing in the men's comp which is where he wanted to compete but wasn't allowed because his birth certificate still said female

    if it's not the case I'm thinking of: trans men are men and should compete with men

    trans women are women and should compete with women.
