new boyfriend of 4 months just got out of an 4 yr relationship w/ his ex in Oct & I got out of a 7 yr relationship w/ my ex? is he over her?

So far he seems and I know that he really likes me and show me off to the world. He goes out of his way for me all the time. He introduced me to his family and wants me and his mom to be close. i introduced him to my family as well. Both of our families like us being together. He is an aspiring rapper and he wrote a song about me on his mixtape and he wrote a song about his ex girlfriend on his mixtape about moving on in life. Sometimes he will tell me little stuff about his ex like bring her up out of no where like oh my ex had those sneakers or oh you are reminding me of your ex. but he tells me that he is over her and is focusing on me. he even told me that i'm better then his ex. he bought me a ring and chain for valentines day and always buys me things when he is out. he checks up on me. he told me that he even dreams about her sometimes. He told me about how me and his child would look like. he tells me how beautiful i am and always flirts with me. i could tell that he really likes me alot. He told me once that sometimes he do think about her but that doesn't mean he wants to be with her and that I'm his main focus right now.
