If you are a virgin man, the best thing you can do is date a lot and meet a lot of girls before you settle down with one. That way you won't feel as likely to cheat because you will get it out of your system, so to speak. I have known a lot of guys who had various sexual encounters before finding the girl they really cared about. My guy had several girlfriends before he met me, and he'd never consider cheating on me now. He thinks I'm all he needs. I think that once you've dated a lot and have some experience with girls, you won't think of cheating, unless you are in a relationship where you don't really care for the girl. Get girlfriends who aren't opposed to premarital sex and try to lead you to the altar before they will have sex with you. Establish a great emotional connection with a girl who loves sex and enjoys doing the same things that you do and you will be so happy that you won't feel like cheating.

As for your question: Unless you sneak about town with your second girlfriend, you may very well get caught. Somebody may see you with another girl and tell her. If you really love a girl, would you want to hurt her by having somebody besides you tell her that you aren't interested in being faithful to her? If you consider cheating while in a relationship, break up with the girl. That is the kindest thing that you can do.

If you consider the situation in reverse, what if she decided to cheat on you while you were so fond of her? Try to see things from that perspective, and you may change your mind about the type of thinking that you have right now.
