Nissan Altima, brake & battery lights still on after....?
I've replaced the battery, the battery connectors, the alternator, and both belts, yet the brake & battery lights (Nissan for "Your charging system is in trouble!") still come on intermittently. What do need to check? I'm out of ideas.

You need to have at last 13.7 volts at the battery posts with the motor at 1200 rpm for the alternator to be working properly. It wouldn't be the first time a rebuilt alternator was bad right out of the box.

Hi C.C.
so you went the POKE and NO HOPE route of diagnostics which has proved to fail. so now you need to go and get Nissan to find out the cause.

Replacing parts does not mean you repaired the problem. Get a multimeter and start checking the alternator for output voltage to confirm that you put in a good alternator. If you did not replace the alternator pulley (if the new alternator did not have a pulley with it), that could be your bad part. Good luck.
