looking for an appetizer no shrimp ,roll ups or meatballs. Something like finger food that you can pic up. something fancy?

Seared ahi tuna is expensive where I live, if you consider that fancy. The best finger food I've had was at a party. They took some marinated steak and grilled strips of it. The second best would be hot wings. Even though I don't like cheese, I like some nachos once in a while.

Stuffed mushroom caps

Spinach cheese balls, crabbies, olive cheese balls, mini quiches. You can find recipes for all these in a search. My favorite appetizers are hot parmesan artichoke dip with pita chips, pigs in a blanket and deviled eggs--not very fancy, but they all go fast at parties.
