    At is a p block element in period 6 and group 7A. Thus it will be [Xe] 4f14 5d10 6s2 6p5 and the last electron added to 6p will have m=0, as in l=1 so m = -1, 0, or +1 and going in that order of px, py, pz, the last electron would be in py, so assigned m=0.
