It means you're in the FRIEND ZONE, and mister, you don't have much TIME before you'll be stuck there! If she said "I don't know" you still have a [small] chance to move into the "More Than Friends" zone, but be cautious. Do nothing girly with her. Invite her to the movies, and hold her hand. Sit in the back row, at that. (YOU make that decision.) Be romantic, and bring her a flower. Do things that make a girl go "aww!" Best part about it: if it doesn't work out with her, other girls will see how great a bf you'd be, and you'll be on their hooks in no time!
