Can't open website properly using W7?

My club has a new website which others can use, but when I try to log in, it won't show the toolbar that allows me to sign in. I have reinstalled Chrome and Firefox but no joy. I tried a computer running W10 and no problem. Is there a fix for W7 ?

Update:

Have installed Explorer 11. Toolbar now showing but not all tabs active so it still isn't working right. I think there may now also be a problem with the website.

Update 2:

There were more answers, don't know where they went but not there now..

I eventually got access from a W10 computer running Explorer, but my W7 laptop can't access member data even on Explorer.

    Try using internet explorer on Win 7. You've tried Chrome and Firefox and neither works, so now try IE. Some websites are not optimized to run on Chrome and Firefox.
